Welcome to our first ‘Drive Classics Rally’. Since our HQ is in London we’ve decided to launch our first rally in our home town. We’ve chosen one of the most elegant, gallery-like classic car showrooms in London (and the UK) as our starting line – the Hexagon Classics. After a unique private breakfast experience we will set out for a two day road-trip driving from London to Wales with a selection of up to 10 beautiful classic cars and covering approximately 600 miles of some of the most scenic roads in the UK. Our route will take us from London through Cotswold’s and into Wales. All of the beautiful curvy roads, hills, lakes, every turn, stop-off and location were carefully selected and curated to deliver the best driving, visual and culinary experience to all our guests. We will provide you with special access to some private workshops, showrooms and car collections. Early winter drive will give us more dramatic views and experiences and we can’t wait to meet all the participants of our first ever rally.

DAY ONE | Saturday 23rd November
8:30 AM: Private breakfast at Hexagon Classics in London
9:30 AM: Drive towards Cotswolds
10:30 AM: Pit stop for fuel and refreshments
12:00 PM: Lunch at The Classic Motor Hub in Cotswolds & private tour
2:30 PM: Drive towards Brecon Beacons
3:30 PM: Pit stop for fuel and refreshments
4:30/5:00 PM: Arrival at our 4* Hotel at Brecon Beacons and check in (hotel information will be provided to the participants)
7:00 PM: Dinner & drinks
DAY TWO | Sunday 24th November
8:00 AM: Breakfast and checkout
9:00 AM: Drive towards Snowdonia with multiple stop offs
10:30 AM: Pit stop for fuel and refreshments
11:30 AM: Drive towards Lake Vyrnwy
1:30 PM: Lake-view lunch and rally awards at a 4* Hotel
4:00 PM: Event ends & drive towards London
5:30 PM: Pit stop for fuel and refreshments
8:00 PM: Arrival in London
PRICING:
£450 per person, based on double occupancy (DC Members – by invitation)
£500 per person, based on double occupancy (Non-Members)
£150 single occupancy supplement
IMPORTANT INFORMATION & FAQ’s:
This event is limited to just 10 cars and 20 people.
Applications Deadline: November 5th– spaces are limited and on first come first served basis.
What is included in the ticket price?
Pricing includes all the meals, refreshments and accommodation for the entire duration of the event (alcoholic beverages are not included in the price). The hotel rooms are twin or double. Media team capturing the entire event. Rally stickers will be provided for all cars.
What car can I enter?
Applications are open to all drivers and cars that embody our #DRIVECLASSICS motto, however pre-1990 vehicles are preferred. Special newer models and modern classics will also be considered at the organisers discretion.
*** All drivers must have a valid driver’s license and proof of valid insurance.
How challenging will the rally be?
The route is fairly easy however 600 miles through a hill cladded roads is a long distance for some classic cars and may become challenging. It is not a competitive event and therefore you can drive at your own pace – please make sure your car has been through a health check prior to the event.
What daily distance will be covered?
It’s a road trip so we are expected to cover 200-300 miles per day. This plus several breaks and stop-offs should total in 6-8+ hours on the road each day. Make sure you’re prepared for it.
How do I enter the rally?
To apply for this event fill in the below form. Successful applicants will receive an email with a link to purchase tickets.
How and when will I know if my application have been accepted?
We will send email notifications to all applicants as quickly as possible and no later than by Monday 5th of November. Accepted applicants will be provided with ticket purchase instructions.
What is your cancellation and refund policy?
For tickets booked before 5th of November and canceled within 48 hours of booking there will be a full refund. For tickets canceled before 8thof November, 2019 there will be a 50% refund. No refunds will be awarded after that date. Tickets are non-transferrable.
